Let's go over the pricing components in detail.

Duration Cost: The cost is calculated on a per day basis, and it increases depending on the number of days (24 hours) selected. If an hourly rate is specified and the selected duration is less than 24 hours, or extends beyond full days (24 or 48 hours), the additional cost will be calculated based on the hourly rate for those extra hours.

Resource Cost: The resource cost comes in two types - one-time and per day basis.

  • Per Day Basis: If the resource cost is per day, the amount increases based on the chosen number of days (24 hours each). If an hourly rate is specified and the booking duration is less than 24 hours or spans beyond full days (24 or 48 hours), any extra cost is computed based on the hourly rate for those additional hours.

  • One-Time Basis: Conversely, if the resource cost is one-time, it will be added to the total cost only once for each extended price.

Category Cost: Similar to the Resource Cost. the Category Cost involves additional options, specifically quantity. You have the flexibility to increase the quantity of the category item when making a booking. For instance, if you book two quantities of a category item, extending the return date will incur charges based on the two quantities for both per day and hourly rates. This holds true for one-time costs as well.

Adult Cost: Similar to the Resource Cost, the Adult Cost operates in a similar way. The main difference lies in the selection process, where you can only choose one item from the menu. This sets it apart from the resource cost, which permits multiple selections.

Child Cost: Similar to the Adult Cost.
