Do i need to buy RnB plugin separately?​

Yes. You have to buy RnB plugin separately. It's premium plugin and available on CodeCanyon. You can buy it from this link.

Do i need to buy WooCommerce plugin separately?​

No. WooCommerce is free plugin and it's available on WordPress Org

Who can create order with this plugin?​

This plugin will only work on WooCommerce my account page. After login to my account page customer will see the order page. From here he/she will see all the orders. By clicking one of the order customer will see the order extension form. From here he/she can extend the order depending on it's availability.

Is this plugin compatible with RnB Seasonal Pricing Plugin?​

Yes.

Does this plugin support Request For Quote feature?​

Unfortunately No. Request for quote feature is only available with RnB plugin

Orders are synced with Google Calendar & RnB calendar?​

Yes.
